1. Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received and the order is reviewed. We prioritize speed for critical repairs and offer Expedited, Overnight, and Next-Day shipping options to help restore essential infrastructure as quickly as possible. For purposes of this policy, expedited orders are orders scheduled to ship in less than 2 business days. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance or immediate shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order due to stock discrepancies, pricing errors, address verification issues, export restrictions, or other fulfillment problems.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight providers when required. Available service levels may include standard ground, expedited, overnight, and LTL freight depending on the item, destination, package dimensions, and carrier availability.
3. Delivery Estimates
Any delivery or transit times shown on the website, in checkout, or in email communications are estimates only unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by indyguru.com. Weather events, carrier interruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, service level, package weight, dimensions, and handling requirements. Oversized, fragile, hazardous, or freight-only items may require additional shipping charges. Any applicable taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Packaging and Handling
Industrial automation and control components are packaged with care using suitable protective materials based on item type and shipping method. Packaging may include anti-static, cushioning, or reinforced materials where appropriate to reduce the risk of shipping damage.
6. Tracking and Partial Shipments
Tracking information is provided when available after shipment is confirmed by the carrier. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages or from separate locations. We may make partial shipments when necessary to expedite delivery.
7. Inspection and Shipping Claims
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to support@indyguru.com within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if damage is reported. Failure to provide timely notice may affect our ability to assist with a claim.
8. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs review, import restrictions, duties, taxes, and local compliance requirements. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that ordered products may be lawfully imported, installed, and used in the destination country.
