The Allen-Bradley 1492-IFM20F-F24-2 is a 20-point fusible digital Interface Module (IFM) from the Bulletin 1492 I/O Wiring System, designed to reduce in-panel programmable controller wiring to discrete field devices by up to 75%. It features 5 x 20mm fuse clips for individual output circuit protection, 24V AC/DC blown fuse indicators for at-a-glance fault detection, and extra terminals for output wiring.
The module is rated for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D hazardous locations with a T6 temperature code at a maximum ambient temperature of 60°C.
The 1492-IFM20F-F24-2 is DIN rail mountable for fast and secure installation in industrial control cabinets, measuring 92 mm (W) x 96 mm (H) x 58 mm (D) and weighing 0.35 kg. It is UL and CE certified.
The module mates with a pre-wired 1492-CABLE series cable on the I/O module side and provides organized, labeled field-side terminals for output devices, eliminating point-to-point wiring between the PLC I/O module and individual field device terminal blocks.
