The Allen-Bradley 1492-CABLE025F is a high-integrity pre-wired cable assembly designed for the SLC 500 platform. This Series A cable features a pre-wired 1746-RT25 Removable Terminal Block (RTB) on the controller end, making it directly compatible with a wide range of 16-point SLC 500 modules, including the 1746-IB16, 1746-IV16, 1746-IA16, and 1746-OB16. The field end is terminated with a 25-pin D-shell connector, which snaps securely into 1492 digital IFMs to provide a centralized termination point for external field devices such as sensors, switches, and actuators.

Constructed with 22 AWG multi-conductor shielded wiring, the 1492-CABLE025F is built to maintain signal clarity in demanding industrial environments.
