The Allen-Bradley 1492-CABLE10WB is a rugged pre-wired I/O cable assembly engineered for the SLC 500 platform. It serves as
a dedicated interface between 16-point SLC 500 I/O modules and 1492 digital Interface Modules (IFMs), offering a reliable,
high-integrity wiring path that minimizes cabinet footprint and labor costs by eliminating manual point-to-point wiring.

This Series A assembly features a pre-wired 1746-RT25 Removable Terminal Block on the controller end, allowing for immediate
"plug-in" installation into 1746 discrete I/O modules such as the 1746-IB16, 1746-OB16, or 1746-IV16. The field-side end is
fitted with a 25-pin D-shell connector, enabling a secure and rapid connection to compatible 1492 digital wiring boards for
centralized and organized signal management.

Built with 22 AWG multi-strand conductors, the 1492-CABLE10WB ensures low signal resistance and reliable power delivery. The
cable is shielded to protect sensitive digital signals from electromagnetic interference (EMI) commonly found in industrial
environments, while the molded strain relief on both connectors provides mechanical stability against pulling or vibration
during continuous operation.

With a standard length of 1.0 meter (3.3 feet), this cable facilitates neat internal wiring and easy maintenance by allowing
ntire modules to be swapped without re-labeling individual wires. It is designed to operate within standard industrial
